Breakfast turned out to be more of a feast than we anticipated. Having spent the last three weeks in Morocco, where there is a culture of eating pretty much nothing for breakfast (coffee and a pastry), our stomachs had fully adapted to the no breakfast, big lunch routine. So when we sat down for a "breakfast" consisting of a full traditional meal in front of us (including one large whole grilled fish per person) and thirty people sitting around watching us eat...it was a bit of a daunting task. Due to Guy's excellent negotiating skills, we eventually compromised on half a fish each, and dug in. The highlight of the morning though, was watching and helping out with all the preparation. Have a look.
Big smiles from the master cooks.
