Kerala

The next portion of our travels was spent in the state of Kerala where we were thrilled to meet up with Jack, Donna Mae, Ben and Anna(Hav's uncle, aunt and cousins). It's always nice to chill with the fam. We hung out for a few days in Kochi to check out some of the old Portugese architecture, see some traditional Kathakali dancing, spend a day at the beach, and get my teeth cleaned for a bargain basement price. Nothing like clean teeth....

Then we went South to Allepey to spend a few days in the backwaters of Kerala. We rented a houseboat for a night and were surprised when we boarded to find that we even had our own chef, three bedrooms, each with their own bath and shower, carpeted living room, and plush velvet couches. Rad.

There's not much else to explain here so I've put a bunch of pictures to give you an idea of what went down over that week.

I got very jealous after seeing these pictures. What a chillaxing time. But how come there are no pictures of "spanks" aerobics Indian style? VJ from Bombay would be tickled to see such a sight. Happy Pad Thaiing.

Hi Havi

You were in Kerala at the same time as Rupert Gold and Valerie Dehaene! You could have hung out!

Looks like a great time,
Beate

I just daydreamed an hour or so while looking through your and Kendrah's blogs (although that will probably be the most productive thing I will do all day!) Beautiful, and I am very jealous. Its snowing here, need I say more? Its a good thing we have exciting things on the horizon or I would lose it right about now! Your pictures are absolutely gorgeous. See ya in a few months!
